Opening the same link in Dolphin browser works OK and it used to work in FF prior to the April 3rd upgrade to V20. I have tried clearing cache, cookies etc. and also re-installing the Webex app.

Mozilla Firefox does not disclose which version of Android you are using. It sounds like an error in Webex.
