A thumbnail photo of me has started appearing on emails I send - how can I get rid of it?

We returned from vacation yesterday, and when we turned on the computer, an automatic Windows update began. After that, I had to reinstall Firefox and designate it as our default browser. My Facebook thumbnail photo appears on every email we send. This is not acceptable, and we want to get rid of it.

Which e-mail service do you use, and where does the thumbnail appear? If you wish, you can send an e-mail to me. I'll then let you know if I see the thumbnail. You can e-mail me at: firefox zzxc.net
