Firefox doesn't open. Only tiny blank window
Also happens with Tor browser and thunderbird even tho the latter ends up opening fine.
I've reinstalled firefox multiple times to no avail.
I've searched for this problem but didn't find anyone with the same problem on stackoverflow, etc

You can check for issues caused by a corrupted or incomplete Visual C++ installation that is missing runtime components (Redistributable Packages) required by Firefox, especially VCRUNTIME140_1.dll.
See "Visual Studio 2015, 2017, 2019, and 2022":

- https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x86.exe
You may also have to install the Visual Studio 2013 Redistributable Package. You need to reboot the computer.

Have you been using Firefox, Tor-browser and Thunderbird successfully before this?
Yes. Still looking for help
What OS? If Windows, what security software are you running? What version for Firefox are you running? Have tried Firefox in Safe Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#w_how-to-start-firefox-in-4troubleshoot-modesf5safe-modesf
Why 3 different applications would each have the same problem is a mystery. It suggests a problem with your OS. The article linked below may be a starting point.
