Doxy.me, a telehealth app I use, warns me Firefox is not up to date, but Firefox says it is. I am running version 78.14. Is there a later version?

Did you recently update your MacOS from 10.9 or 10.10 or 10.11 to 10.15 what you currently appear to run ?

The system details show "distributionID: mozilla-mac-eol-esr1" and that means you once were using an older MacOS version that is no longer supported and were moved to the Firefox 78 ESR version.

Since you now run a supported Mac OS 10.15 or newer version there is no longer need to stay with Firefox 78 ESR and you can uninstall this version (drag to the Trash) and install the current Firefox 92.0 release.

Your personal data like bookmarks is stored in the Firefox profile folder, so you won't lose personal data when you reinstall or update Firefox, but make sure NOT to remove personal data when you uninstall Firefox as that will remove all Firefox profile folders and you lose your personal data.
