Can I disable or move the Firefox menu that appears when I right click?

This question was asked and answered seven years ago, but the answer is no longer valid. An "upgrade" has subsequently removed or hidden the setting that previously fixed the problem.

When I am using a website that has right-click menus, Firefox's own right-click context menu pops up and covers the one I actually want. How do I either (1) make Firefox's menu pop up somewhere else (preferably), or (2) temporarily disable it.

Enter about:config in the URL bar and check the value of the dom.event.contextmenu.enabled preference.

Note that you can press the Escape key to close the Firefox context menu and leave only the website menu.
