I've been trying to download audio files from a website using Firefox on Windows 7. Usually it would only take a minute or two for the folder to download but now for the past few weeks it is taking 15 or 20 minutes and I can only download them one at a time whereas usually I can download multiple folders.

Go to the Mozilla Add-ons Web Page {web Link} (There’s a lot of good stuff here) and search for a download manager.

This download manager works separately from the browser. The browser tells it what to download, and off it goes.

http://www.freedownloadmanager.org It is a powerful modern download accelerator and organizer for Windows and Mac.
