I've tried to sign into Firefox my username is *@nmacd.com and my password is XXX. I requested my user name and a reset of my password via email several times and have not received them.

Not sure how or why you would sign into Firefox since it is an Internet browser. Maybe you mean Thunderbird instead. Either way neither of these software have anything to do with administering your email password. This is done with your email provider. Log into your account at your providers web mail site and look for a link to reset your password.
Do not ever post your email details on a public forum. This is plain crazy. At least a mod was looking after you and blanked them out. But not knowing how long they were out there or where they may still exist, it is very important that you change your password ASAP.
