Can anyone help with this: Create a simple email list, of email addresses only, in text format, (1 per line) by extracting addresses from a Subdirectory under Inbox - which Subdirectory contains complete messages and was created through SEARCH function, using criteria FROM = 'X'... and then saving that search...

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

It works perfectly here on normal folders, but for some reason it doesn't work properly on a Saved Search folder. Try copying the Saved results to another, regular folder and run the crawler (check "Collect addresses even if present...".

You could install EMAIL ADDRESS CRAWLER and scan the subdirectory (right-click the folder), placing the addresses in an already-created address book, and then exporting the book to a csv file. A csv can be edited in a spreadsheet or csv editor to remove unneeded columns, or the Email column could be copied to a text file.

Thank you so much for such a swift reply! Very much appreciated!

Unfortunately, have gone through an elaborate zig-zag process , but have successfully installed it, or at least it appears so.

However, although right click does produce the Search Parameters of the Crawler screen, no matter what 'Field' option and/or Address book selection was made (New or old Abook) it always returns:

'Successfully parsed 0 addresses'! (Tried it at least 20 times!)...

What is wrong here?
