How do I pass the file link to Windows Explorer
Tool: Thunderbird Objective: pass a hyperlink to another user on the same network containing a link to a file on the network Method: When writing the email, I add a link with following as an example
Link Text: //DISKSTATION/NetShare/Island Link Location file:///DISKSTATION/NetShare/Island

Send the email...
The recipient has the handler for files set to use Windows Explorer. Now when they click on the received link, Windows Explorer opens but not on the correct path. So, my question is , how do I pass the path in the link as a parameter to Windows Explorer
