How can I eliminate all of the routing information when printing an e-mail?

more options

When printing an incoming e-mail, Thunderbird includes a full page or more of all of the routing information related to the e-mail. All I need is the content of the e-mail, indication of an attachment, and who it is from. There must be a way tell Thunderbird not to include all of this.
