I want to be able to copy addresses into several different address books/lists -how to do?

I would like a master address book and then be able to put the addresses into group lists -sometimes the same address will need to ne included in a number of group/lists -how can i do this? I don't appear to be able to copy an address into several lists. Thanks Tim

Hold the control key while dragging the contact between books. You will see a plus sign appear to indicate copy instead of move.

You can also create Mailing Lists inside Address Book to be used to address group emails. Here is the info for that. http://kb.mozillazine.org/Thunderbird_:_FAQs_:_Create_Mailing_List

Thanks very much -works an absolute treat as you say -now I can get on with masses of copying having lost my outlook express address book! Thanks again.
