When I start Firefox, i want all the homepages to open.

When the browser is already started, i want that the homepage button opens the first homepage alone.

Set the home page to exactly the one page that you want to open when clicking the Home page button.

You can append the pages that you want to open on startup to the command line of the desktop shortcut separates by space characters.
