I can't get internet options and dropdown toolbar menue.cant down load mozilla firefox. I tryed everything on yahoo answers but down loads I cant do.

Can you try to explain your problem better?

Which Firefox version are you using (Help > About) ?

Do web pages open normally if you type the address (URL) in the location bar?

Press F10 or tap the Alt key to bring up the "Menu Bar" temporarily.
