Dear All

I would like for Firefox to auto enter Usernames for site but not passwords. I would also like to know if the username is stored securely?

Also is there a bookmark manager that will allow me to always see the 'top' listing ie from 'Bookmark this page' to the last folder and then just let me scroll up and down the saved bookmarks in the Bookmarks menu ie. ones not in folders,

many thanks

Names will only be stored securely if you use the Firefox password manager to store the name and password. Otherwise Firefox will remember the name if save form is enabled and that data isn't stored securely.

You can look at this extension:

  • Provides secure encryption for the stored form data using Firefox Master Password.

I'm not sure what you mean with the last part about the bookmarks.

Do you mean a smart bookmark to show the "Most Visited Bookmarks" ?

You can try a bookmark with the location set to:

place:onlyBookmarked=1&sort=8&maxResults=20
