This is a new install on Mac OSX Ventura 13.4

It is also slow in Trouble Shoot mode.

I have hardware acceleration turned off.

The issue is Mac address book. See workaround at https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1810313#c4 (Also https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1831673)
