Having written an email and pressing 'Send' I get the message: 'Sending of the message failed. An error occurred while sending mail: Outgoing server (SMTP) error. The server responded: IP Address rejected for policy reasons.' I have checked my email SMTP settings and they all seem OK, and I haven't changed them. What are the 'Policy reasons' and how do I move forward? My principle email accounts are 'btinternet.com'. Thanks.

Your best bet may be to ask your email provider that question, since they apparently didn't share any information. A possible area to check would be that you are authenticating in SMTP server.
