When creating a new account in TB, it would be quite logical if the "Reply-to Address" field was automatically filled with the same email address as in the "Email Address" field. The same goes for the "Organization" field, which is in many case the same as the information as in the "Your Name" field.

That would be the opposite of logical. The Reply-to-Address is supposed to be different from address in the Email Address field. Leaving it blank serves the same purpose as having it filled with the same address. As for Organization field, I wonder what organization uses the name of an individual exactly as is. It wouldn't even get registered as one. If you're not representing an organisation in this account, then leave the field blank. You are not a one-person organisation.
