Filters would be a lot easier to handle if you could put more than one result for the same condition on the same line instead of just one per line. Right now, if you have a lot of conditions it makes it clunky and takes almost the whole screen when adding or modifying a filter, it's also a pain when trying to change, add or remove a filter condition. It would take less space and less lines if you could add an (Or) and simply put it on the same line. Could use a function to easily 'backup Emails as well as Users' instead of backing up whole directories and sub directories, it's not very efficient and user friendly. Furthermore, had to reinstall Thunderbird 91 more than 2 times to get the filters working like I wanted to. I used Foxmail for years and wanted to give Thunderbird a try, I really like the interface but some things are driving me off like I mentionned above. I suggest you take a look at Foxmail to see how the features are implemented and use those ideas to make Thunderbird more practical and user friendly. I'm using windows 10 22h2.

I beleive it's a great software but it has to be refined a bit more.

You guy's are doing a great job. I look forward migrating to Thunderbird as soon as some issues are handled and it's more stable and getrid of Foxmail for good.

If you have enhancement requests I suggest you file them in bugzilla. The ones listed in the link with a green + are enhancemt requests. https://mzl.la/3ETopA2

I have no idea at all why reinstalling would do anything to filters as they are a per account feature and account are not removed by uninstalling the software.

Import export of accounts and data is not a function of filters. but the profiles import export and other features will be enhanced in the next major release in around 12 months.
