playing you tube tutorials

Lately you tube tutorials & videos play for a few seconds. than stop. The spinning wheel appears (presumably reloading) and than it continues but WITHOUT sound. Upon restarting Firefox it happens again and again, rendering it useless. If I use google chrome this phenomenon does not appear, same for Opera - only firefox. What to do?

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
