I no longer have access to Tbird. I have no saved passwords and cannot change my master password. I keep getting 'enter your password for awneitsch on imap.shaw.ca'

If you delete these 3 files from the profile folder: logins.json, key4.db, cert9.db, while TB is closed, any master password and account passwords will be removed. Help/Troubleshooting, Profile Folder, Open Folder, to open the profile. But I think your error message is asking for an account password. To reset an account password, contact Shaw, either through their website or by phone.
