I am still getting my emails on Cox webmail, but I no longer receive them on Thunderbird as of May 3rd. I removed my account from Saved Passwords and was told I be prompted for a new password once I close and reopened Thunderbird. I did as instructed but was not prompted to enter a new password.

There might be a corrupted message that's blocking the download of mail to TB. Access the account in webmail and delete messages one-at-a-time from around when the problem began, and see if the rest of the messages show up in TB. Also, empty the Trash and Spam/Bulk folders in webmail.
