hi gents.

is there a way for me to print out a list of senders and recipients for all this mail so i can manually extract contacts from this "archive"?

i seem to be in high archive mode here trying to create an "email" archive of old and extremely poorly saved TB profiles. i have been doing this by importing ALL the MBOX files via Import Export Tools on the mac (high sierra).

alternatively - or if this is not possible - is there a single file or files i can recover from within the PROFILE FOLDERS for each of the ten or twelve TB profiles i have archived willy nilly on my hard drive?

is there also a file that would contain "Thunderbird contacts" somehow that i should also try to recover? which i assume is separate from a sort of ALL SENT TO or ALL RECEIVED FROM list?

i'd love to at least be able to review this information on paper so that i can manually recover the various professional contacts i have run into over the years and put them into my new contact database.

THANKS

Why not just load up the profiles and export the contacts?

ok. THANKS. sorry it has been awhile. so load each individual profile one at a time and run some pull down that will let me export contacts to a csv or something? actually i forget. what is implied by “contacts” in TB exactly? is this any sender i have sent mail to? anyone i have received mail from? both? or is it like mac mail and i have to manually create a contact?
