Running Thunderbird 60.4.0 on Debian 9

I've got TB setup get my mail from Outlook.com using IMAP. Have recently created a new folder on Outlook (web version) which I have moved a few mails into.

The folder is visible on Outlook.com and also on the Outlook android application.

Its however missing from Thunderbird. I've checked my imap settings and everything looks ok.

I have message synchronizing enabled. Under advanced everything is ticked however I do not see the new folder.
