How to enable Flash plugin by default for all users so they don't need to click "Allow" every time ?

In other words, if I set the plugin to "Allow" instead of "Ask" in about:addons it works only for the current user, how to set it for all users ?

Thank you for your help

That would be the control of the Admin user at the time of installation and Adobe giving you that option after it installs how you want it to update. So that isn't really a FF Browser issue per say here.

I finally found a solution, just added this line to Mozilla.cfg file:

pref("plugin.state.flash", 2);

Now flash content is playing automatically for all users without having to click "Allow flash content"
