How do I tell Thunderbird that this URL is safe... I have added it to security settings but still does not work. The website is safe and trusted and the people that use it have no problem, but if I send the URL address in the body of an email to anyone, it bounces back instantly. When I use Gmail, it goes through without problems

I do not know who, whom ever it is that supplied you with a user name and password for secureserver.net.

Ultimately the domain belongs to godaddy, but I have no idea what reseller you went through or if you went directly through godaddy.

When you send it via what service? Thunderbird does not "send mail" it just transmits it to your providers SMTP server. It "sends the mail" Also can you supply the verbatim error message you see. I am sure it is more informative that you have reported. including probably a server name and an error code.

That message is from your hosting providers outgoing mail server. I suggest you approach them to explain why the consider your mail spam. Once we know that we can assist you if required in modifying your messages. But based on recent stuff on the board, some providers simple insist that the last line of the sent email not contain a link.

My hosting provider for Spark Plug or the hosting company the URL that Mozila thinks is spam?

Thunderbird does not think it is spam. It handed the message to your provider. A server on the network rejected it. Thunderbird delivered the error message back to you. Contact the person that owns the server that rejected the message.

FYI: Mozilla is no linger involved with Thunderbird. They continue to help with hosting this forum and a few other minor details but that is about all.
