Separate Security Issue: Update your Flash Player Note: Windows users should download the ActiveX for Internet Explorer. and the plugin for Plugin-based browsers (like Firefox).

Note: Windows 8 and Windows 10 have built-in flash players and Adobe will cause a conflict. Install the plugin only. Not the ActiveX.

Flash Player Version: Version 28.0.0.126

Note: Other software is offered in the download. <Windows Only> +++++++++++++++++++ See if there are updates for your graphics drivers https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration

What account are you talking about? Your own Firefox user profile? An account on a Mozilla website?

Hi mknapp127, is this a shared computer?

One thing you might want to do, to keep bookmarks, passwords, history, and preferences separate, and to avoid seeing one another's email, is to use a different Firefox profile (Firefox data folder).

The cleanest and simplest way to do that is to use a separate Windows logon. Each Windows account has its own Desktop, Documents folder, etc., and its own Firefox data folders.

If you prefer to keep sharing a single Windows logon, the more complicated way to do it is to create multiple Firefox profile folders under the same Windows user. Each person can close out Firefox when they're done so the other person can use it, and each will start up in their own Firefox profile. Actually, it's possible for them to run simultaneously, but tricky to set up. Not sure if you are interested in this option.
