Firefox incorrectly displays a PNG file

Please go to https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Mediawiki_bug_(jdx).png, click on the screenshot and see it in full resolution. Black section headers (or parts of) are "shattered", while blue are displayed as expected. Tested under Firefox 47.0.1, QupZilla 2.0.2 and ancient IE 8.0 – all three show the image in the same way. Programs such as MS Paint or IrfanView show it correctly.

Yes, it happens also in Tools > Page Info > Media – e.g. header "Wish for your next edits" is "shredded"/"shattered". I have the same effect on other PC with Vista and Firefox 45.0.2 (and also IE 9.0).
