I can receive emails from these addresses, but when I try to reply, a warning window appears saying

"An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: Probably unsolicited e-mail sent to block domain. Sender

Please check message recipient "********@126.com" and try again."

I have a few contacts in China who use this email address so it would be good to be able to solve this issue

I suspect there is a firewall or anti-spam system refusing your messages. It may be that your mail provider or ISP is on a blacklist.

Do you have any better luck via webmail? I don't know why, but this often seems to still work when an ISP's regular POP/IMAP/SMTP servers are denied. I suspect that webmail is a lot less useful to spammers and so doesn't attract all the nuisance traffic.
