I deleted a folder previously from my Thunderbird email account to create more room. I saved this folder with emails in it so if I needed to restore it to reference the emails later I could. I know need to reference those emails. I have a file of 241 MB's I need to be able open and read all emails in that folder in Thunderbird.

Please advise how to do this.

Install this add-on to import the mail file (assuming this is the mbox file containing the mail). https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/addon/importexporttools/
