by mistake I deleted all my saved folder/trash folder and need to know how I can get them back

try this add-on. https://freeshell.de//~kaosmos/index-en.html#recDelMsg

If the folders have not been compacted or in the case of junk and trash the empty option used then the mail can be recovered.
