Firefox for iOS version 1.0 doesn't sync bookmarks from Firefox on your computer; just history, passwords and recent tabs.

Firefox for iOS Version 1.1 will add the ability to sync your iOS phone or tablet with the bookmarks from Firefox on your computer. It will be out before the end of the year if things go well (perhaps even sooner!).
