Reply to all option is gone. Can only "reply". It just upgraded to 38.3.0. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

I just did a system reboot, and several things changed when I started Thunderbird again. There is only a "reply" and "forward" option now. There is not any option to do a "reply to all". The double arrow icon is gone.

Does a right-click on the message offer a "reply all" option? Or are you reading /opening messages in their own window /tab?

You may be seeing a "smart reply" feature which supposedly modifies the reply mode to suit the original message. You may be seeing a bug where reply all falls and only inserts one reply address.

I haven't suffered these issues myself, but then I habitually use right click and I rarely, if ever, open messages by double clicking them. It would be helpful to know your workflow.
