After Thunderbird (31.7.0) starts and connects to my Yahoo account the status bar says it's downloading say 3 messages. But only the first one is downloaded. If I then click Get Messages it gets all the messages - including getting the one already downloaded again.

It looks like the new version of Thunderbird fixed the problem - whatever it was.

The problem re-appeared in Thunderbird Version 38.2.0.

The re-occurance of the problem in 38.2.0 seems to be a 1-time thing -- it only happened that one time and Thunderbird has gotten all waiting messages when it starts since then.
