After updating my firmware/software to the new Lollipop OS, Firefox keeps crashing. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling directly from the Googe Play Store and still nothing. When I click the Firefox icon the browser opens and then I immediately get a "We're Sorry, Firefox has crashed" notification. How can this be remedied? I've downloaded Dolphin Browser and might just not come back to Mozilla unfortunately if this continues...

hi again, the update to firefox 36.0.2 addressing the start-up crash on your device should now be available in the google play store.

i would suggest the following steps:

1. goto application manager, find firefox, press all available button to clear everything.

if it doesn't work, proceed with:

2. uninstall firefox 3. turn off the phone, boot into recovery mode and wipe the cache (this is NOT hard reset and you will not lose your stuff). 4. reboot and reinstall firefox

hope it helps!
