firefox stalls and won't connect to internet without clearing cache

Firefox for Android was working perfectly until I did a software update on my phone. Samsung Note 3 Kit Kat 4.4.2 ... went to N900TUVUDNE6 from NE4 and that's when it started. Not sure what to do but I want to continue using the browser. How to fix this problem? If I can't fix it, then I have to dump it...

I have to go and clear the cache each time it stalls and it happens a lot, acts like it can't connect to internet, just sits there and eventually says it can't connect to the server, but I know the server is active.

Hello,

Can you try to Uninstall and Install Firefox again and see if the issue is resolved? We can start with this in case something went wrong during the update. Please note that you will lose any unsynced bookmarks, history, etc when you Uninstall Firefox.

Let us know how it goes.
