Firefox is crashing constantly when I try to play videos. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 5, Android 7.0 (newly installed) and Comcast wifi, with Norton Wifi Privacy. Can you help me? Thank you.

hi, the most common crashes we see for this device are with the flash player plugin (which is unsupported and unmaintained on android by adobe for years now). you could try to go into the firefox menu > settings > advanced > plugins and set them to "disabled" and see if that helps.
