I have incorrectly set up two factor authentication for my Firefox account and I’m about to run out of recovery codes. I can’t disable the two factor authentication because I can’t get the authentication code to get my account to show me the change and add buttons for two factor authentication. Do I need to export my passwords and ditch this account?

By Mistake I am connected to somebody else’s account. I can see their passwords and vice versa. I don’t want to delete either account but it’s causing havoc on my end. I cannot get my PC to work or iPhone to work

I am getting the following message when attempting to log into Amazon.

An untrusted app is trying to access your Amazon account. Continuing will give access to all of your Amazon account data. To protect your information and privacy, we recommend you do not continue using this untrusted app to access your Amazon account.

Is the police government judges doctors psychiatrist therapists and lawyers aware of my actions on Facebook.? If so do they support or condone my actions? Is something wrong? Why did the social security send me a questionnaire asking if me and my doctor have discussed if I can go back to work?

Previous update to current Firefox update v128.2, all the synced tabs on the iPad have disappeared.

Was this a known bug?

Can Mozilla support help to retrieve from backend servers and restore if possible?

I can log into a bank or credit account with my iPhone and download a statement as a PDF, but once the PDF is displayed, there is no print option. There is a print option for the page that LINKED to the PDF, but not for the PDF itself, which is what I wanted to print in the first place. I used to be able to do this, but had no need to do it for an unknown amount of time, and with the latest updates, the ability is gone, but I'm not sure which update, this or a prior one, caused this to happen.

The menu at the lower right does have a Share option (which has no obvious connection to printing), and the submenu for that has a Print option, which does nothing, neither printing nor bringing up the page selection and print option menu to which I was accustomed. Further down is the Print with HP Smart option, which does confirm connection to my HP printer (the same one that used to work), but says in the body of the page that there is no file to print.

I am using an iPhone 14 Plus with the latest iOS and Firefox updates. Is there another app that I must download? Perhaps an Adobe (or generic) PDF reader app, such as the one that Firefox on the PC opens? Or perhaps an HP app needs an update? I am not aware of any, nor is there any "missing app" message to alert me. I have searched and found the Adobe PDF reader and the HP Print and Scan app and downloaded them, but they are no help. Incidentally, when downloaded by Firefox on iPhone the statement PDF is, according to both of those apps, unable to be loaded due to errors, but on the PC it downloads and prints just fine (the same statement PDF, same account, same month), and on the iPhone it displays just fine also.

Someone please help me. I am currently using my phone only to alert me to the need to print each statement, and using my PC to log into each site, download the PDF, and print it. However, this is not always possible or feasible.

how can i update firefox or moxzilla on iphone by bypassing app store forgot password waiting on apple’s help i’ve tried syncing with mozilla i tried erasing all book marks cookies history lists shortcuts add-ons extensions data siri themes saved or downloaded anything and everything restarting changing settings i still continue to have problems

At this point I'm ready to give up on Firefox, for two major reasons:

1. Bookmarks are cumbersome as hell to access. They're buried under multiple pointless levels... and that's after you pull up a giant menu and scroll to the top of it, another pointless level. It takes four taps (and some scrolling) just to start looking at your bookmarks.

2. Every time you return to Firefox mobile from another app, it creates a new tab... instead of showing you what you were looking at a minute ago. Were you looking at your boarding pass? Welp, you won't be now. Super fun while you're in the security line!

Or, were you checking a restaurant address online so you can text it to your friend? NOPE, says Firefox. You must want a new tab instead.

The new-tab problem has been complained about for years. What is going on?

While using Firefox iOS on Fox News and other websites, the page constantly refreshes itself. It’s amazingly annoying. I searched the web but no answer. Seems so easy to fix on android and windows devices.
