When viewing Foxnews website, I click a story to follow. When the new page opens, any next or video window goes black with no way to view the content. Does not occur with Edge.

YouTube does some kind of picture in picture thing when I'm watching a video and navigate to a different page on YT.

Is there a way in Firefox to disable/prevent this behavior? If not, is there some other way to disable/prevent this behavior?

(In Firefox settings, I have "Enable picture-in-picture video controls" unchecked. But I think that is referring to something else.)

I am trying to open our site page on viewyourdeal.com and I keep getting this error message: PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR Can you please let me know how to correct this?

I recently upgraded to latest version of Firefox... maybe 128... and after many crashes, now it fails to start with the error message "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142). I'm supposing I should reinstall, but concerned about preserving bookmarks and passwords. Any advice appreciated. [I'm a very long-time user of Firefox.]

I have previously been able to include the tab 'Close Tab' item in the #contentAreaContextMenu by adding it to browser.xhtml. This no longer works even though 'Reopen Closed Tab' and 'New Tab' still do.

How can I select an elliptic curves ? I mean, a P-256 of a P-385. Is there a turnaround on linux Ubuntu OpenSSL to impose an elliptic curve in the communication with the servers without to let the choice to the server priority ?

Every time I put my PC into hibernate, Firefox freezes (none responsive menus or tabs). This happens pretty much all the time for the last couple of weeks.

I would appreciate any advice to troubleshoot this issue.

When I open safeway.com with private window, the site always auto-reloads 3 times but the regular Firefox window doesn't do it. Also, I tried other browsers such as Chrome and Brave, they don't auto-reload either. I am only experiencing this with Firefox private window.

Why am I getting this message? My PC has been scanned by both PCMATIC & MS Defender and all is well. This only happens when I use Firefox browser. Is this McAfee trying to sell their product?

I have firefox 115.13 and it freezes intermittently for about 15 seconds. It didn't do this before 115.13. I'd like to revert to 115.12 and keep it there. How can I do this?

I check the box for CrowdFare's Captcha affirming I am a human, but I still am unable to access powerlingblog.com.

I have no problems accessing that powerlineblog.com with Edge or Chrome.

I found that suddenly, when I type in my search request, the screen flashes, but I end up with my home screen, and no search results. I can still connect to saved sites without any problems, but have found I cannot search for anything at all. Hoping full functionality can be restored.
