I installed Firefox from windows app store, because it would not install from the Mozilla download. It did install however it will not connect with any web address. Absolutely none, I have tried all the typical solutions and none have worked. I had Firefox for many years. I had to uninstall and do a fresh install. I am on a desktop running Windows 10 Pro X64. Please Help! I hate Chrome, (it is working but, I hate it).

Additional: There are no error messages, just endless spinning arrow in the tab. I had to connect with Support through Chrome because Firefox will not connect with 'Help' in the dropdown menu. I have always used Firefox without 'signing in' with Mozilla, Firefox, Google, or anything and prefer to continue that way. I don't like the 'signing-in' scam; please don't tell me I have to sign-in to use Firefox.

Rather than show websites with text, images, links, etc, I now have only text-links as shown in the attached picture. The website is: https://austin.bibliocommons.com/user/login?destination=%2Fuser_dashboard

Website opens properly using Safari and Chrome.

Switched on my laptop today and all open tabs in Firefox only showing web pages in text format, not images, graphics. Have restarted Firefox, rebooted laptop, cleared cache/data, checked latest version. Not touched any setting and Edge works fine with same sites. After using Firefox as by preferred browser for many years it looks like I need to find an alternative which makes me sad.

Gmail is not working. I enter the link https://mail.google.com in the address bar and nothing opens (white screen). This has not worked for about 2 months (maybe even more).

I'm using 128.0.3 (64-bit) for Windows, on Windows 10.

1. I open Firefox normal window. It has some pinned tabs. 2. I open an additional private window 3. I close the normal Firefox window. Only the private window remains 4. I close also the private window 5. I restart Firefox normal window. The pinned tabs have dissapered.

I have been unable to connect to any website through firefox. Every other browser works. Can someone please help?

If you entered the right address, you can:

   Try again later
   Check your network connection
   Check that Firefox has permission to access the web (you might be connected but behind a firewall)

Hello. How can I post HTML code snippets in support.mozilla.org questions ? All HTML code is rendered and none of the usual markdown (``` etc.) works.

When I receive an email that has a link FIrefox opens without any of my settings. This also happens with Firefox pop-ups, which indicate I don't hae certain products, such as Web Advisor, even though I do.

I guess he first question is why a new iteration of Firefox is opened when I already have it running.

Hi. i ran into a broken problem. sometimes when i bootup my pc and start the firefox, My windows crashes immediately. what shuld i do and how i can send the firefox log files to mozilla team?

Prior to ~1 week ago, my process of using Firefox was as follows:

• Open a new tab, search for something, click through a few links

If I couldn't find anything relevant in the first page of results, I'd navigate back to the Firefox Home Page and try another search. I hate going past the first page of results!

However, as of ~1 week ago, I can no longer navigate to the Firefox Home Page - why is this?

Hi, So I'm on Facebook. A friend has a new post. The post is all squished together, almost on top of the other line. I have looked over my settings to see if there is a way to alter the spacing but to no avail. I now realized why I stopped using Firefox a little while back and this is the main reason. If I can't read posts on social media apps on my computer browser what's the use?

Suggestions and fixes MOST welcome before I throw my hands up again. Edge is messed up in other ways as is Opera so I'd really love to have just ONE browser that I can depend on. Considering I used to be a HUGE fan of FF back in the day before the entire code was rewritten I'd love to be back in the fold. If this can be resolved I'll stay. For sure.
