I just got a new Macbook Pro and it has Ventura on it. My last Mac had Catalina on it where I was able to make a folder in Firefox bookmarks and put it on the toolbar where I could see and access it at all times. Then when I wanted to add something to it, I could. It was so easy.

Now I made a folder and put a website in it, but it doesn't show up on the toolbar. I have to click on bookmarks, then bookmark toolbar in the dropdown list, then I can see the folder and the contents, but it's a process, not just there on the toolbar like before. Sorry, I'm not sure how to use the urls here.  I clicked on the "paper clip" but didn't know where to go from there.  Luckily I knew about Imgur.

I am using Firefox 109.0.1(64-bit) in headless mode from the Command Prompt screen of Windows 10. From the Mozilla Firefox folder if I enter firefox.exe --headless --screenshot C:\Users\me\file1.png https://www.wikipedia.org I successfully store the screenshot as file1.png However, if I enter firefox.exe --headless --screenshot C:\Users\me\file2.png https://www.python.org I don't store any file nor do I get any error message If I enter (not using headless mode) firefox.exe https://www.python.org the Firefox screen is opened and the python.org page is displayed

Any ideas about why wikipedia.org works and python.org doesn't?

My hard drive crashed and will be replaced. Working on an older laptop I changed the password to my Firefox account because I couldn't remember it. I changed the password not knowing I'd lose Firefox data, passwords, etc when I made said change. Is it possible to rollback the password to the prior password and access the older data? And if so how do I do so? Mark Pustka

If I have to go more than 2 steps into a web site, example accessing my propane account, Firefox hangs up and I need to use a different browser to access my account. This happened with ChatGPT, when I got to the log in page Firefox hung up, I used the CCleaner browser to get into the website. I'm guessing I have something setup in the security settings of Firefox that's blocking me.

When I try to login to Facebook to access one of my games, I get the error message above on Firefox, 109.0.1 (64-bit) running on Windows 10. This application recently started asking for the FB login. I do not get this error message using Chrome, but there are other issues with Chrome. I had been running the game just fine until recently.

I don't know what changed and whether the problem is with Facebook or the link between Facebook and Firefox. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

What does this mean? Do I have adware/malware on my Firefox browser? I googled the website (did not type it in on address bar) and it's some covid 19 tracker website? I have never been on there. Please help, thank you

My old Macbook Pro died and I had to buy a new one. So, I couldn't migrate anything from the old one. I lost all my bookmarks and other things.

I had some great extensions for Firefox that I can't find anymore for YouTube.

1. Enhancer - I think that was the name. It gave me a lot of options when watching YouTube videos like closed captioning, the speed of the videos which I could slow down or speed up. Things like that.

2. A great Ad blocker. I had plenty of those on Safari but none as great as this one for YouTube on Firefox. I didn't have to watch one ad. I really don't remember the name of that one.

Any help would be appreciated. These ad-ons made Firefox so much more enjoyable.

I am using windows 11 in darkmode and firefox is also set to open in dark mode.

While I am opening firefox, white flashing window is appearing for 1-2 seconds and then opening a darkmode firefox.

Why there are white flashes in darkmode? Can anyone please provide a resolution.

In the privacy and security settings of my Firefox browser at the top of the page, there is the following message: "Your browser is managed by your organization.". (image added) But this is on my private laptop, so I don't know which organization this could be.

When I click on "Your browser is managed by your organization", than a new tap opens named "company policy rules" (image added). But I can't find which organization.

On my laptop I have a Microsoft 365 family account, but no school- or work account. Once I installed Teams on my laptop with the credentials of my work account. But I uninstalled Teams later and I can't find any traces of my work account on my laptop.

In the Windows settings I also find sometimes the mention that some setting are managed by my organization. But again I don't know which organization.

My questions: - Is it normal to have the message "Your browser is managed by your organization"? - If not, how can I see which organization it is? - And if needed how can I deactivate or remove it?

firefox always asks me to sign into my google accounts after closing a tab despite me not signing out.i have tried all the suggested things like cookie settings and etc. however it does seem to only workm in the safe mode for firefox and i was wondering if there was any way to see what is wrong.

I recently upgraded to the latest version of Firefox on my Macbook Air running 10.14.6. When I try to play embedded videos, the video will freeze and there is a message saying that it is slowing down the page. I am in another country with a 50mbs connection and have to use a different browser to watch embedded videos. How can I return to the last version of FF which worked?

Since you all up dated without my knowledge behind my back. my browser will not go to any book marked pages. Really upset about this I will go back to google for now on.

extension MANAGER shortcut is now locked on the right side of firefox task bar how can i revert it to have the functionality it used to before firefox update earlier in 2023?

It works like a pocket now and it sucks, the fixed location sucks, the fact that opten now I can't even use browser extensions really [removed] sucks, half the time it won't even show my my active extensions so I cant add them to the tool bar and they are useless. What code needshanged to set it back to the old way before firefox made dumb ass decisions and [removed] up one of my faviorate things about the browser.

I've actually been using chrome now which im not a fan of but you guys went from the awesome Fire Fox the Lame Fail Fox!

Hi, do I need to keep a file called Firefox 109.0.dmg in order to use firefox on my macbook? This is my first time using a macbook and also downloading firefox for the first time. I've always used school computers/work computers that already have it downloaded. I'm pretty new to all of this. Thank you!
