sins today firefox doesn not diplay most of the websites (some are ok most are not ok) on my mac OS 14.4

I include a firefox display of hermes and how it should be in chrome or safari

Web pages dont look norma, they look more like an FTO download page. This is an all of a sudden issue. Another notebook, mfg, os, browser all the same, so issue is here on this notebook. Everything displayed fine, last nite, today on start up the issue started. This would include sites like ebay,paypal, youtube,, etc. Going to the browser address, pasting it into Google cheome browser, the sites display properly. This is why I keep a second vrowser. Tried the normal cleaning, cache, ccleaner+bleach it+firefox clear data, same bad display. I have grup speed dial extension, with numerous links. I would not be pleased to lose and have to rebuild them if an uninstal/ewinstall is an answer. This is an win7pro os. The image is ow pages load, this is ebay. Suggestions?

A little while ago pages on Firefox stopped fully loading -- pics, graphs. A gaming page doesn't load at all. Another has its headings lined up on the far left of the page. Edge and Chrome are fine. I've rebooted and cleared cache. No change. Any suggestions?

I am disappointed with the update since I do not get an email preview when the email arrives when the sound goes off and the background color has changed from blue to brown. I looked around to get those changed but could not find a way.

128.0.3 failed to install on my PC. It completely wiped my firefox, my personal account for both PC and Android, wiped all of my extensions and then left a folder called "Old firefox data" on my desktop. Firefox cant use this folder to import anything.

Wtf happened and why is my profile that is connected to my email completely wiped as well? I had a metric ton of bookmarked sites that I use for my websites, design, programming etc saved for my business and now its all gone and even the recovery backup is completely blank.

I'm baffled.

Hello, I faced such a problem as a very strong contrast on all videos, for example on Youtube. I used firefox 2 years ago and there was no such problem. I tried to reduce the brightness and contrast in the monitor settings, but alas it did not help. Please help me solve the problem

Suddenly, websites in the regular window aren't displaying correctly. It's plain text on a white background. BUT... if I open the same pages in a Private Window, they work fine. How can I remedy this?

When I open Thunderbird, I get the message:

The STAT command did not succeed. Error getting message number and sizes. Mail server pop.gmail.com responded: [AUTH] Invalid credentials.

I cannot get any mail from the server.

When I try to view some video from my security cameras I get the following error message. "No video with supported format and MIME type found". How do I go about fixing this issue? The video whats to open in firefox eveytime.

Hi My PC recently died and I am now trying to setup a new one. Firefox is fine but Thunderbird won't accept my password. I also had a Mozilla support login which I am using to send this message.

I have been using your programs for many years ans wish to continue. How can I get my correct TB password?

Sooo frustrated... wrote this back in 2019: I can't believe this is still a problem, I am upgrading to a new laptop and so have to go through setting google.co.uk to be my default search engine - again!? - but I can't seem to make it happen. Can someone please give me the steps again. and can someone explain why it isn't possible to just choose google.co.uk to be the default - there's a whole world out there that isn't in the .com space

surprise surprise it is still a problem and the resolution provided by jscher2000 - Support Volunteer has been moved/removed:

Add-ons site, for example: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/googleuk/ (this one gets UK suggestions, the other three I checked get .com suggestions, if suggestions matter)

I find the mycroft solution doesn't help.

can anyone help with the addon required please? and a plea to make google.co.uk available as a choice please!

I use Firefox as my primary browser for several reasons, but the main one is because it has the best Picture-in-Picture (PiP) feature. However, I no longer use Windows and have encountered problems with it on various Linux distributions (Ubuntu, Fedora, Debian...). Currently, I'm only using Fedora 40, and the problem persists.

The issue is that when I click on the PiP icon, it activates normally, but when I switch windows or minimize and then maximize Firefox again, the video disappears.

I will attach some screenshots to clarify the issue.

I would like to know if there is any way to resolve this. I’ve already reset the settings, cleared the cache, and tested different installation methods (software store, .tar.bz file, apt, dnf, snap). I’ve tried troubleshooting mode and even installed the Developer Edition, but the problem persists. I’m wondering if this is an issue with the Linux version of Firefox.

Hanging up trying to open Yahoo / AT&T email - other things like pulling up AOL News only getting part way there. AND this is the second time I've entered this today, 07/31/2024 but the first one disappeared.

Every time I go to settings and try to login to my account it just says 'mozilla' w the logo and won't pull up the login page. I've waited, reloaded, changed to desktop site, and so on.

I have a working account on a pc (which I no longer own or I would just do the QR code) and recently switched phones where on the previous phone I was using Firefox signed in with no issues.

For some reason I was able to sign in on this page but it didn't transfer browserwide or start working when I tried to sign in again. I need my bookmarks and passwords please help! (I'm using Android 12 on a Kyocera Duraforce Ultra)

I updated from TB 115 to TB 128. My list of folders in the Folder pane is now "longer" and has a scroll bar. It used to all fit. It looks like the spacing between folder entries has increased. Is there any way to decrease it? Nothing obvious in settings. Can it be changed in about:config or a userChrome.css file? I had to do something similar with Firefox's Bookmarks list.

Ever since the Airport computers got their Blue Screen of Death, I have been getting continuous Pop Up from https://tsdtocl.com/. It is only occurring on my Yahoo.com email account currently. This Pop Up has stopped downloads from my Yahoo emails showing "pop.mail.yahoo.com" could not connect. I see no email associated with the Pop Up in Thunderbird. The Pop Up is asking for me to Sign In using my Yahoo account. I expect a Scam since the Pop Up will reappear when closed. Any suggestions to get rid of this Pop Up?

Is there a way to change text alignment for Firefox PDF viewer?

When I add text to a PDF file, sometimes it's left aligned and sometimes centered, so I think I might have changed the alignment accidentally.
