Why can't I print from Firefox 4.0 or 4.0.1. When I select print or print preview nothing happens. I do not get the print menu or a preview. Page setup does work. I am using Windows 7.

Before the upgrade I used Firefox to print copies of online invoices. This was done on a regular basis. Now I am not able to print anything when using Firefox
