How do I request a refund for Monitor Plus?

To request a refund for your Monitor Plus sibscription, follow the instructions below.

  1. Go to the Mozilla Monitor website at monitor.firefox.com and click your profile icon in the top right corner.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Fill out the form with your request by completing the following fields:
    1. Under What are you contacting us about?, select Other.
    2. Enter Refund Request in the Subject (optional) field.
    3. Explain why you are requesting a refund in the Description of the issue field.
    4. Click the Send button.
