Data broker scan

Mozilla Monitor is a data breach notification service offered by Mozilla that warns you if your personal information has been compromised in a known data breach. The premium feature Monitor Plus also helps protect against exposures of your personal information on data broker websites that are selling it for a profit. Monitor Plus scans for exposures on 190 data broker websites every month, and automatically removes any information it finds.

Since data brokers primarily operate in the United States, this feature is only available for US audiences. We help you fix exposures of your information from two different sources: data brokers and data breaches. On top of that, Monitor offers US users the ability to scan through various data broker's databases to find if they've exposed your personal information.

Note: This feature is part of the premium version Monitor Plus. All premium users have an automated monthly scan to keep themselves safe from any possible exposure; however, a complimentary first scan is available for free users to try out this feature.
