I have a single message filter defined as follows:

 Apply filter when:
     Getting New Mail: Filter after Junk Classification

 Match all of the following:
    From   |  isn't in my address book | <selected-address-book>

 Perform these actions:
    Move message to  Purgatory on <account>
    Stop Filter Execution

But when I move (by drag-n-drop) anything from the folder "Purgatory" to some other folder (by "other" I mean not the INBOX) the message disappears briefly from "Purgatory" and that single filter then moves the message back to Purgatory.

When I enable Message Log I can see the filter get applied to the moved messages. Does moving a message go first through the INBOX? Seems strange and, if so, how can I move messages between folders w/o this happening?

On previous versions I had Next and Previous buttons which were very handy for scrolling through lists of email. Is there a way I can add them to the current Thunderbird? Thanks.

Beginning with a FF update about 6 months ago, I cannot print a web page to a PDF. I CAN print to PDF on other browsers (i.e., 'Chrome, MS Edge, etc.).

If a FF setting, what am I missing? I have tried "everything"!!

I have started using Thunderbird Version 128.1.0esr (64-bit)on two systems and I have noticed when the program starts up it takes more than minute to "settle down" and work properly without the system ask me if I want to wait for the program to respond.

After a few minutes it is OK

Firefox Version 129.0.1 64 bit Windows 11. When I am in a New Tab, and I do a search (Google is my search engine) the results do not display. I type in search words, I hit Enter, and the screen does a very quick blip, and then nothing. This is very frustrating. I have wasted too much time trying to figure it out. It does not do it all the time, but most of the time. This started with the latest Firefox update. Is this a Settings issue?

For the last 2 weeks I started having problems with Firefox working consistently. Sometimes only tabs crash, sometimes Firefox crashes. It is not tied to any actions, a tab can crash even if you don't perform any actions in the browser. I have tried clean install on Fedora and Vanilla OS, native and Flatpak packages. The result is always the same - tabs or Firefox crashes every few minutes.

I'm using a Samsung 9s ultra tablet. I have an order form from my company downloaded on Firefox. I have been using this form on my tablet for a year now. All of the sudden one of the fields quit working. The column with the totals (This column adds the totals) will not let me type in a number. It will let me type in other charaters, no numbers. I tried to reset and reinstall. I downloaded the form several times. This order form still works fine on my laptop. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you

I have constant problems with logging into my three outlook accounts. I'm learning that Microsoft requires new information. I've read and tried information I have found on outside sources, but nothing is working. Also, I deleted a password for one account and now, I cannot see, read, or access that account (Thunderbird is not sending the request for the password.)

Recently I'm unable to view any email message info when on my desktop PC, but can view that info when using my Android phone. Why did this start happening, & how can it be fixed?

I am reaching out to gain information on ADMX GPO policies. We are retiring Policy Pak which used to add all the policies and secure Firefox for Enterprise. What we noticed is that Policy Pak used the app set to apply these policies and we are noticing that native GPO's for the most part to match the Policy Pak policies is not as accurate for GPO's My ask here is there any Most Viable Product suggestions to apply Native GPO's for securing Firefox.
