The connection is extremely slow and will not connect to firefox. It will not connect to yahoo.com as my homepage. But it will connect to facebook. My LG-MS770_991 is my portable hotspot and is wi-fi configured. Cell phone provider is MetroPcs.

Please update to version 24.0 when you have the chance. Please also check with another browser to see if you can reproduce the issue.
