I registered but cannot get past the registration window to ask.
Firefox crashes at opening. I got the following Crash ID: bp-4ac668f9-f907-4d20-9d34-e87ae2120115. What can I do now? Can I uninstall Firefox and then re-install it? I tried to reinstall without uninstalling but the installation would not run.

Firefox 8.0.1 Crash Report [@ JSObject::getGlobal() ]
your crash report say that your are using Firefox 8, and this crash has been fixed in Firefox9, you should try it

Swarnava-- I uninstalled Firefox 8. I went to the www.getfirefox.com site and clicked download Firefox 9.0.1. I selected "run." A dialog box came up that said I may not have all the permissions necessary to run the installer. I am my computer's administrator and Windows is password protected. I entered my password. The window closed but the installer did not start. Now I have no Firefox at all, old or new. How do I get the Firefox installer to start? Can I get a DVD sent to me to install Firefox 9.0.1?
