Is there anything as an actual Firefox help person because it is really awful that now since the automatic startup my whole computer is having problems and having a very slow startup and having to do a repair and reset to earlier date. Running Vista. Also disappointed to loose my Firefox that crashes on opening but doesnt give a reason but after several attempts said it was sending a report and I put in my email address but nothing received. Please tell me how to undo the changes to my computer. Thank you

See if you can recover the Crash Report ID# so we can view that crash report.

One common cause of Firefox crashing recently is the Trusteer Rapport program; disabling that program should allow Firefox to start. If you do have that program, get an updated version from Trusteer.

If you did reset Windows to earlier date, you may have created other problems such as a combination of old and new Firefox files in the Firefox program files folders. If that is the case, it will be necessary to install a fresh download of Firefox to fix it.
