I created two webpages to test. They each have an html anchor link to each other. This bug occurs mostly with firebug turned off. If you click on the link to one page, it fires the javascript in the body of the document. But if you back up to a previous page, many times that javascript will not fire.

If this does turn out to be a fault with firefox you will need to file a bug to investigate it. Meanwhile you will probably be able to get knowledgeable comment from one of the Mozillazine forums: http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewforum.php?f=25
