I have just installed firefox on my galaxy tab. I need to use phony to view some sites. I have set phony to firefox desktop but I still get mobile sites. If there is some other setting I can't seem to find it. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling phony but it still does not work. Thanks, Dave Roderick

The sites you're visiting could be serving different stylesheets via media queries. You can use queries to identify screen widths and only serve certain css to certain devices based on screen widths. I'm not sure if there's a way around this besides changing your user agent and looking for 'Desktop' versions of the sites you're visiting (usually found via bottom footer or tweaking the URL).

Well... When I use dolphin I can go to ebay and I go directly to the desk top site. When I go to ebay with firefox using phony it takes me to the mobile site. I have tried most of the sites that I visit on my tab that first direct mobile devices to a mobile site and I have not found one that will direct me to the desk top site using firefox with phony.
